cambridge or when we tried not to fly away like Mary Poppins

I was already in Cambridge two years ago and absolutely amazed by this city / architecture / ego-green lifestyle / river Cam...
So I convinced Sophie to come with me again to this beautiful city, even when the weather was really british (rain, wind).
All and all we had a freezing but awesome day :)

If you haven't been yet in this city:

Cambridge is 80km more northern than London and much smaller, but a very cute arty city. Especially in the summer it is very nice to relax near the river Cam and in one of the parks. Or you can wander around the small streets or over the market, where a lot of little stalls full of self-made products and secondhand things are offered. When you have enough from 'shopping' have a look at these tremendous and very beautiful buildings like the 'Kings College Chapel' , 'Trinity College' or some churches. Unfortunately the admission is not for free like usually in London, but it's abosultely worth to spend a bit of money to see the beauty from the inside...
