Nevertheless it was beautiful and I'm bound I will never forget it :)

St. Paul

HEY, yeah I know..tztz super late, like always. But maybe you can turn a blind eye on that? hmm? would that be possible, when I'll tell you that I have to do  A LOT of stuff? cool!!!!
So, anyway how are you? thanks for asking, I'm super duper fine :)
Today I want to introduce you to the most beautiful church I've ever seen. The funny thing is when you get off the tube you can't see it anywhere, but THEN when you just walk 'round to the corner TADAAA: here it is! In summer it's amazing to sit on the steps in front of the entrance and let the sun tan your skin and in winter? let's imagine the best <3
besides that, can you imagine that the travelcard prices will increase next year? h-e-l-l-o...London is already the most expensive city in Europe. yes, yes I'll feel the pinch soon, wah!

chilly weather, tea and a lot of scandals

HELLO...
Dani and me tried a guided Tour through London one Saturday. First I wondered if it's too tourism, but even my teacher (she lives since 5 years here!) recommended the tour, so we thought: okay, when  even she said it's cool, than we should give it a try.
And I have to admit that it was absolutely worth it to stand up early(yes, 9 is early!!!) and wander through the cold city(hello autumn). We went also with another Au pair, who lives near us, but she didn't speak a lot(okay, to be honest...nothing), so I think this was the only time with her.
Anyway, the guided tour was in Barbican, a very nice part of London in the east centre and in Bank, the part where the bank is (obviously :D). The guides spoke about scandals, secrets and suspense! So I'm up to date with every scandal in the 18/19th century, höhö.
So in the end we had a great time and a lot of hot tea to keep us warm in the chilly autumnally weather.
If you are living in London and would like to check out these guided tours have a look at www.westminsterguides.org.uk
Cheers and sleep tight

I went to Regent's Park at my birthday and the park is absoulutely stunning!!!When you ever come to London, this will be a good area to go...I sat on a bench and read my book, watched the ducks and goose and pidgeons :) unfortunately it was pretty windy, but I had some quality time there anyway.

Finally I flied at the 29th August to England to start my Au pair year. I was super duper nervous but in the end, everything went out really ( I mean really!) good. The previous au pair Ornella (so much thank you to you, darling <3) helped me to fit in better and showed me some awesome places in London. She was a good guide ( tell me if you need one :D no just kidding)...
After one week I can say that I love my new job in Harlesden in this incredible nice family :)

14 days left and facts about my Au pair year

I have already mentioned that I will become an Au pair for the next year.
Everything is planned and my Au pair-family is looking forward to meet me :) I'm very nervous, because there are 14DAYS LEFT!!!! Hell, yes I'm going to live in London! and have to care about three really cute children and two dogs...

my children are two girls at the age of 4 called Ruby and Sophia and a boy called George at the age of 7, quite young, but I'm happy about that <3
I have found my family on thttp://www.aupair-world.net/. It's an Au pair-portal, where you can find yourself a family or families can find their next Au pair. The best point on it is its for free, BUT there is nobody who check these families...so it's kind of an experiment sometimes.
The first step is, that you make a profile about you (write a letter for the family and of course about you and your hobbies and why you want to become an Au pair).
Then you can wait till the first family email you, or searching yourself (that's what I did).
When you have found a family who fits to you and you would like to meet them, you can write them an email and ask for a Skype-chat. It's also really good, when you can write with the current Au pair, because she or he can tell you what's really going on the whole day, when the parents are at work.
It's very important that you make sure that the family fits to you perfectly or mostly, because like I have sad, there is nobody who check the family first (it's different, when you go with http://www.aupair.de/ , but I have made bad experiences with I.S.T, so I can't recommend this organisation).
When you think the family is perfect for you make an arrangement and write till your departure with the family.

I will live in the borough Brent - district Harlesden, it's really near to downtown with the underground and there are a lot of parks around, where I can walk the dogs.

When you want to become an Au pair as well, you can write me of course and ask me everything. I will make an Au pair-diary during my time in London...

03 June 2013

here we go!

So finally my hard working time is over and I only have to go to school for 14 days, yaaay!!!
How nice is that? But with the so-called summer there isn't so much to do outside..hmm, but I have already planed some crafts I want to do in 14 days (oh my, I caaaan't believe!!!I went to school for 13 years and now IT'S OVER! :D), so I'm going to cheat the bad weather, HA!
Anyway, now it's time to plan what to do next -->University, travel, apprenticeship, internship.
NO, too boring and I'm not in the mood for learning now, you know?
So I decided to become an AUPAIR in England. Now I have to grapple with annoying kids (you know some? Please introduce me them :D, no just kidding. I had a wonderful family but they have told me in an email that they are not sure to require an aupair (after they had told me, that I would be the perfect Aupair! What a mad world!!!)
However, I got two offers yesterday, so I'm going to go to England as an Aupair, anyway :)
HELLO RAINY WEATHER; I'M USED TO IT; SO LET'S HAVE FUN!
